This flow I tried to do with no cuts, just genuinely flowing with whatever felt good for my body! There is a lot of focus on relaxing and simultaneously strengthening the hips! I have been experiencing Pubic Symphysis Disorder during this pregnancy and the recommended treatment is strengthening, so that is what we're doing!
